Adults, Young People and Families
About
I am a qualified Therapist and Systemic Practitioner, with experience of working alongside adults, young people and families. My approach is grounded in Person-Centred Counselling and Systemic Family Therapy approaches, and showing acceptance, empathy and authenticity is key. Therapy is tailored to the individual and focuses on the personal experiences of difficulties. I adapt to an individual's needs and approaches, for example therapy may involve a safe space to explore experiences or difficult emotions through counselling, play-based therapy for younger children, sessions using a CBT approach or more systemic, family work.
